IndieFront is a platform for discovering, watching, and submitting independent films. Our services include:

• Streaming independent films and short content
• Creating and managing personalized watchlists and favorites
• Submitting original film content for review and potential inclusion
• Discovering new independent creators and their work
• Accessing crew and cast information for featured films

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

4. User Conduct

5. Content Submission

5.1 Submission Requirements

When you submit film content to IndieFront, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have obtained all necessary releases and consents from individuals appearing in the content
• The content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal material

5.2 Content License

By submitting content, you grant IndieFront a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content on our platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

5.3 Content Review

All submitted content is subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content from our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

The IndieFront platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by IndieFront and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

6.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. However, by using our platform, you acknowledge that other users may view and stream your submitted films.

6.3 Copyright Infringement

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of content

We are not responsible for the content submitted by users. Views expressed by users do not represent the views of IndieFront. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IndieFront and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the platform
